1-day courses

These one-day courses are meant to introduce people to Outward Bound method. During this day you can try out selected outdoor activities on proposed location or location of your choice.

With regards to your needs, we organize courses intended to demonstrate the principles of Outward Bound. For this purpose we use problem-solving and challenging activities like climbing the rope, visiting a cave etc. This course is ideal for organized groups like school classes if they are unable to go to a longer course.
